Fabric & Trim Inspection: 4-Point System fabric grading, GSM verifications, colorfastness lab tests, and shrinkage checks prior to cutting.

Inline Audit (10% Packed): Early production checks on stitching density, embroidery alignment, seam strength, and measurement specs.

Mid-Line Audit (50% Packed): Work-in-progress inspection ensuring color shade consistency, button/zipper pull safety, and garment finishing.
